Titanic at Fulton Theatre and MSMT

Updated: Jan 13

Kevin Earley giving his all, but thats me hanging off the scaffolding and reaching for the captain! (Top Right)

I had the incredible opportunity to work on this stunning production of Titanic! But this time you don't just have to take my word for it. We had the great honor of having Maury Yeston, the composer of the piece, see the show during our run in Maine and hear from him firsthand. Thanks to the journalism of Carla Maria Verdino-Sullwold and BroadwayWorld.com, we can hear what he had to say!

Maury called our production "the most innovative, exciting presentation of anything I have seen in years. It is not even a matter of whether it was my work or any work, what they did here was so original and brilliant in its simplicity that it was magic." He also said this of our performances, "In this case, absolutely everyone - especially those playing the major roles - stepped up to the bar. Everyone was in the zone; everyone was on that ship. They gave an exquisite rendering of time, place, and tone."

Pretending to die every night really puts what matters into perspective. It's not how much money we accrue or the social station we hold. The family we become matters. The passion we carry inside us matters. The ways we enrich each other's lives and the lives of our amazing audiences matters. And I could die happily every night, proud of this show and everyone involved. I've been forever changed by this production. Being a part of this team of truly incredible artists getting to tell this tragic, hopeful, human story has been one of the great joys of my life. Thank you to Marc Robin, Curt Dale Clark, and everyone at the Fulton and MSMT for letting me join you on this legendary journey. We'll meet tomorrow. I just know it. #fultontitanic #fultontheatre #msmttitanic #msmt #mainestatemusictheatre #titanic #livetheatre #foundfamily
